Detailed design​

During the design stage, a design language is created for the project and structural details are developed in cooperation with e.g. architects and interior decorators. The location and product-specific design work is executed in cooperation with other parties involved in the project. Our design services include e.g. industrial design, solution visualization, 3D structural engineering, and 3D solution visualization. Our design services provide our customers with a plan that helps them e.g. visualize the compatibility of different solutions with larger architectural and communicational entities.

Technology, environment, and the viewer

In our LED survey we examine the surrounding environment of the installation along with the requirements of the presented content, as well as the point of view of the target audience. For example, we assess a minimum resolution, viewing distance, viewing angle, minimum luminosity and minimum refresh rate for each individual LED video wall. We also assess the structural demands of the installation, e.g. maximum weight and thickness, fastening solutions and compatibility with existing ITC and other infrastructure.

Maintenance, logistics and operation

The maintenance of all our products is performed either within our business premises or on-site. We offer a quick response time and keep in stock every individual spare part for all the solutions and components in our supply for the entire duration of the guarantee of the product. We offer maintenance service for our solutions. We are able to access the control system remotely and install a remote surveillance camera for the LED video wall. Using the camera allows us to diagnose and verify possible malfunctions, as well as monitor the performance of the solution in real time. We offer extensive operation services for LED solutions.
